Thine is the Glory by Swami Premananda
"What is the glory of God? The word glory here implies God in his absolute fullness, in his transcendental perfection, and clothed in his divine attributes. It is impossible to describe in words the full glory of God, because words have no power to reveal it. Words can only suggest the truth, they fail fully to express it. Words are merely the symbols of truth. Nevertheless, we may attempt to express his glory, insofar as mind and intellect permit, in the hope that each individual in his subjective meditation may realize its transcendental perfection. Meditation transports us into the self, where our consciousness is not obstructed by the conditions of duality and where alone absolute truth is revealed."
