Sunday Bulletin
As we gather together to offer gratitude for the blessings of life, let us recognize that our life is enriched by our experiences when they are viewed with a spiritual ideal. Even the most challenging of times can offer beautiful and profound lessons, if we maintain an awareness of the source of all. Unto that divine source, we offer our prayer of thankfulness.
“The spirit of appreciation is awakened within us as a natural consequence of our spiritual unfoldment and advancement. What is the origin of the spirit of appreciation within us? It has its origin in our soul. From our innermost self arises the spirit of appreciation. Like all other virtues, the quality of appreciation springs forth from the most sacred recesses of our spiritual being.”
Swami Premananda
“The Blessedness of the Inner Life”
”We can affect the quality of each day by bringing divinity to life. By being gentle, kind, considerate, truthful and respectful—not in an abstract way, but with our whole approach to life. We can awaken to the extraordinary beauty and goodness of life, desiring to help others and bringing a deep love to each moment through the harmony, wisdom and peace of our Soul.”
Swami Kamalananda
