Service conducted by

Sunday Bulletin

To live the full measure of life, our knowledge of our own soul must grow — knowledge of the Self. To know the Self is to experience for ourselves what is Real amidst the ever changing phenomenon of this panorama of life. Can we live the full measure of life without spiritual growth? What is a life well-lived?

“One should desire to live the full measure of life in this world but must do so by the performance of duty always with the ideal of self-perfection. Thus, the mind will not become a slave to sensory impressions. There is no path other than this to attain self-liberation.”

Isha Upanishad

“True human life is a process of sacrifice of the immediate, the individual, and the apparent for a realization of life that is eternal, infinite and formless.”

— Swami Kamalananda, Reflections on Still Waters

“So shall we come to look at the world with new eyes. It shall answer the endless inquiry: What is truth? And what is good?...  Build, therefore, your own world. As fast as you conform your life to the pure idea in your mind, that will unfold its great proportion.”

— Ralph Waldo Emerson
