“Communion with God”
Service Conducted by Steve Bauer
Sunday Bulletin
In our human lives we often thirst after the experience of community. We want to share our lives and our time with our fellow human beings, our friends and family, our loved ones. In our spiritual lives, we seek the companionship of fellow devotees following the path towards God alongside us. Where does this desire come from and what is the purpose of this longing? How can we find the communion we seek?
“This then is the message which we have heard of him, and declare unto you, that God is light, and in him is no darkness at all.”
1 John 1:5
“The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the communion of the Holy Spirit be with you all.”
2 Corinthians 13:14
“The body is the living temple of God. It was built to honor the indwelling divinity, the soul. The body is the structure wherein the work and worship of God are offered. As you maintain your church or temple as a sacred place, you keep your body, too, sacred, pure, and beautiful to its sacred purpose, the communing with God within.”

“I am not limited by earth, water, fire, air and space. Realizing the true nature of the supreme Self, dwelling within the sacred sanctuary of the heart lotus, pure, without a second, the witness of all, free from the duality of existence and non-existence, the devotee becomes as perfect as the supreme Self.”
